Oven repair in Corona Ca. and Chino Hills Ca. were this GE appliance temperature was not right. Posted by Apco Appliance and Air on the web at http://www.apcoplus.com..

GE oven repair in Corona Ca. / East Vale Ca. unit not heating well by Apco Appliance and Air. On most GE ovens you can calibrate the temperatures by holding the bake and broil buttons down for 3-5 seconds. It alows you to set the temp + or - 30 degrees. The unit we were repairing was not a calibration issue but the unit would heat to temperature and would not cycle back on when the time would drop. There problem was that the relays on there circuit board were sticking, which means they need a new circuit board. You must also change the sensors to get the longest life out of a new circuit board.

Oven repair in East Vale Ca. and Chino Hills Ca. were the oven is not heating anymore. This appliance repair is posted by Apco Appliance and Air, on the web at http://www.apcoplus.com..

Apco Appliance and Air in Corona ca. / East Vale ca. repairing GE oven that won't heat. Tech. Dave arrived at customers and turn thermostat on but the oven ignitor did not glow. He then removed oven cover exposing burner and ignitor. He turned oven on and then checked for 110 volts at the oven ignitor. Voltage was there, so if the ignitor was good it should have turned on and heated up. But it did not which means ignitor was bad. This is very common to happen to gas ovens after 4-6 years of age. Here are some pics.....

Microwave repair in Chino Ca./Chino Hills Ca. were Apco Appliance and Air (http://www.apcopuls.net) is repairing Whirlpool door microwave door problem....

Microwave / Oven repair in Chino Ca. - Chino Hills Ca. were Apco Appliance and Air is repairing Whirlpool door issue. These microwave door tension springs/rods are always breaking. You have to order the right springs also. There are different tension rods depending on if the door is stainless or not. The wrong springs/rods will result in the wrong tension for the door. To little or to much is bad for the door and its design. When 1 rod breaks the door will just fall. You should replace both even if 1 only breaks. Here are some pics of door from rods showing to being put back together.

Oven repair in Chino Ca. By Apco Appliance and Air were we are changing a burner valve leaking gas....

Oven repair in Chino Ca. By Apco Appliance and Air were we are changing a burner valve leaking gas. Have you wondered how those valves are attached behind the knobs. This freestanding oven range had a right rear valve that wasn't always shutting completely off after customer turned the knob to off. They said that it was fine until they came home and the house smelled like gas. They said they should have changed or fixed it when they noticed it wasn't shutting off right away. There lucky that it wasn't a lot worse. Here are a few pics.

Whirlpool appliance / oven repair in Corona (a.k.a. East Vale) Ca. by Apco Appliance and Air.....

Whirlpool appliance / oven repair in Corona (a.k.a. East Vale) Ca. by Apco Appliance and Air. This appliance repair was a call out to look at a whirlpool, Kenmore, kitchen aid style oven not boiling. When the tech Dave arrived he saw that the broil element was bent to were it was touching the ceiling of the oven. This causes excessive heat to build up on that spot were the element and ceiling of oven met. This caused the element to fail.  We installed new one and advised the customer to keep and eye on both upper and lower elements so neither one we bend to that point again. Here's a pic of the spot of contact and the new element installation.
