The problem that is called in, is that the machine isn't washing well. What needs to be done is there is a screen inside dishwasher cabnet that sets behind the lower wash ARM. It cloggs up with food, calcium and hard water which blocks the flow of water being injected threw to the lower wash ARM. You remove the wash arm by holding it up while you turn it clockwise. Then you turn the holding nut counter clockwise and remove wash arm support. Then you twist center pieace attached to upper flow tube and remove screens to clean them. Here are some pics..
