If you own a Sub-Zero built in refrigerator read this? Apco Appliance and Air is in Chino Hills Ca. on refrigerator repair. This Sub-Zero refrigerator wasn't cooling well in freezer or refrigerator. These units have 2 compressors unlike most free standing refrigerators. 1 is for the freezer and the other for.....you guest it...the refrigerator. They share a condencer and a condencer fan motor. This condencer needs to be cleaned every year for sure or you run the risk of damage to one or both of the compressors. You can use a condencer brush (which you can purchase at a hardware store) or you can pay someone to clean it. If your unit has not been cleaned in 3 plus years I suggest you call an appliance tech to blow and vacum it out. This will insure you that the unit is maintenanced to a brand new like state and you then can once a year just keep it up. When you let this go sometimes it gets so bad you can't just brush it clean.
