Washer repair in Chino Hills Ca. by Apco Appliance and Air were Whirlpool Kenmore washer agitator is not turning right to wash the clothes. We arrived and popped the rinse aid assembly off top of the agitator and then with a flat head screw driver popped the cap off the agitator. This exposed the cam dog assembly which helps catch the agitator to alow it to agitator right. You could tell right away the dog catches were broken. Here's some pics so you can see......
