Apco Appliance repair tech Dave found whirlpool top load washer vibrating and banging in spin. We found suspension springs(3) and rear stabilizing spring(1) bad. Rear spring support hole at frame rusted threw and we had to drill new hole. In pic is a picture of 1 suspension spring and a pic of how tub leans forward when rear stabilizing spring pops off or loses tention.
