Apco is in pomona ca. working on a heat pump air conditioning unit not cooling but is heating. Dave the tech found unit reversing valve is not reversing the freon flow. Which basically means it is not changing heated refrigerant so it flows to either inside or outside coil properly. In picture it is on right side with 3 tubs coming off of it.
