Here are a few helpful hints before you call a qualified appliance repair service company like Apco Appliance and Air:

If your clothes dryer is not drying your clothing in the set amount of time, make sure that your vent to the outside is clean and air is blowing out. If your ventilation is blocked it will trap heat not where it is suppose to be. Which then causes heat to build up in the inside of your dryer, keeping the thermostats in a cycled off position, causing a no heat or not heating situation. Click HERE to see a video on lint build up and the damage it can cause.

If your refrigerator is not cooling or will not cool properly, make sure your condencer is clean. You should clean your condencer once a year. Whether you have a Frigidaire, Kenmore, Ge or even a Sub Zero kitchen refrigerator, the condencer should be maintenanced annually. On your HVAC or heating/air conditioning unit. The best service maintenance that you can do on your own is to make sure you change your air filters every 3-5 months. If you think your furnace is leaking gas, call the Gas Company right away. If your Furnace has no heat, or will not begin heating to temperature, it is then you should call a qualified Heating and Air COnditioning Company.
