The customer was noticing a lot of water on the flooring at the same time the ice maker stopped working. The tech pulled out the unit to see that the ice maker water fill line was broken were it connects to the water valve. You can see in the picture were the line has come off of the water valve connection. The dual water vale is the blue area in the picture. What happens on most units is that the heat from the compressor weakens the plastic water tubes that go to the ice maker and the water dispenser. They crack and then break as this one has. Cleaning your condenser is a wise thing to do because it will keep the area cool so this problem does not happen.
