The tech David unplugged power from the unit and removed the back to get a closer look at the rear thermostats. He disconnected the two wires attached to the thermal fuse and checked it for continuity with his meter. He had no continuity which means the fuse was bad and needs replacement. He installed a new fuse and the units burner fired up fine.
