The customer came home to find a small puddle of water infront of there refrigerator. They proceeded to wipe it up and thought they might have spilled some water from the dispencer. Well unfortunately, the water reappeared an hour later. They called us out to find the problem. We found the trouble right away, and we have ran into it before. The water valve in the back of the unit was leaking right out of the body of the valve assembly. The only way to fix this issue is to replace the water valve. It looks like they might have had some trouble with these valves because the end cap of the valve did not look was well made as the new valve. Here are some pics so you can see. I will put pic of old valve first with close up on were it was leaking...
