Whirlpool appliance / oven repair in Corona (a.k.a. East Vale) Ca. by Apco Appliance and Air. This appliance repair was a call out to look at a whirlpool, Kenmore, kitchen aid style oven not boiling. When the tech Dave arrived he saw that the broil element was bent to were it was touching the ceiling of the oven. This causes excessive heat to build up on that spot were the element and ceiling of oven met. This caused the element to fail. We installed new one and advised the customer to keep and eye on both upper and lower elements so neither one we bend to that point again. Here's a pic of the spot of contact and the new element installation.
