Apco Appliance and Air is working on oven not heating. Following up after an insurance company came out and told customer that unit repair is not covered. Dave the tech found gas valve shorter by broken ignitor wire grounding to frame. Should have been covered. Valve not available, that's why its not covered. They would have to buy her new oven and thats not what insurance company wants to do. Cost them money. So not right!
