Apco Appliance and Air repairing ice maker not making ice in chino hills ca. Tech removed water valve from back of unit and attached voltage meter to ice maker sylenoid. He cycled ice maker and waited until ice maker came to end of cycle. Voltage was at water valve sylenoid (110volts) but valve did not send water threw to ice maker. Bad water valve assm.
