This unit, when you push the ice lever in, you can hear the dispenser motor turning but it wont push the ice threw. When the tech Dave removed the ice bucket in door. He was able to see that the dispenser flapper door was staying open. This causes moisture to build-up on the bottom of dispenser which then froze the ice shoot over. Customer needs new flapper assembly.
