Apco Appliance and Air in Chino Hills Ca. is working on whirlpool dryer NOT HEATING AT ALL. The tech Dave UNPLUGGED machine and removed back cover. He disconnected the two wires going to the white thermal fuse and with his meter he checked continuity across the fuse. He had no continuity so fuse was bad. Installed new fuse and unit fired up fine. Here's a pic or two.
